Dr. Ivana Načinović Braje is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She earned her PhD in 2011 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. Her research focuses on topics arising from her teaching and academic work, including organizational design, organizational culture, and employee reward systems. She pays particular attention to contemporary challenges faced by organizations, especially organizational resilience and the implementation and impact of new business models based on digitalization and sustainability. She has participated in numerous domestic and international research projects.
Dr. Ana Aleksić Fredotović is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. Her research interests include organizational design, change management, and organizational behavior, with a particular focus on the impact of organizational design on behavior at different organizational levels. She has published numerous scientific and professional articles in prestigious journals, actively participates in international scientific conferences, and serves as a reviewer for journals and conferences. She has also contributed to several domestic and international research projects and prepared professional studies for leading Croatian companies.
Dr. Tomislav Baković is a full professor at the Department of Trade, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. His research focuses on quality management, innovation management, and business excellence. He has published articles in domestic and international journals on the impact of quality, innovation, and digital transformation on the performance of the Croatian manufacturing industry. He has also participated in a number of domestic and international research projects.
Dr. Radoslav Barišić is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. He specializes in innovation, digital transformation, organization, and business strategy. In the project, he contributes his expertise on the impact of innovative digital technologies on the transformation of modern organizations, including the conceptualization of the research framework, methodological guidance, and interpretation of results.
Dr. Kosjenka Dumančić is a full professor at the Department of Business Law, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. Her research interests include commercial law, European company law, European internal market law, and the sharing economy. She has participated in numerous European projects as a reviewer, team member, and coordinator, including serving on the boards of COST projects and a Horizon Europe project. She is also the coordinator of two Jean Monnet projects.
Dr. Domagoj Hruška is a full professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. His research interests include leadership, corporate governance, innovation, strategic management, and decision-making processes. He has participated in numerous domestic and international projects.
Dr. Ivana Marić is a full professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She has extensive experience leading and participating in over 15 scientific and professional projects, including HRZZ, Erasmus+, Jean Monnet projects, and Erasmus BIP. Her research interests include organizational and employee innovation and creativity, workplace happiness, emotional intelligence, as well as the specifics of social economy organizations and the values of social entrepreneurs. She also studies the characteristics of solidarity economy enterprises, challenges in managing sustainable cities, organizational management and resilience, collaboration with businesses, and the phenomenon of open science in higher education.
Dr. Jasna Prester is a full professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. Her research interests include operations management, innovation, servitization, and supply chain optimization, with a particular focus on service industries. She is an active member of several relevant scientific and professional associations for researchers in the field of organizational digital transformation, including GMRG, EurOMA, and POMS. Her research significantly contributes to understanding the application of innovative digital technologies in production and supply systems, particularly artificial intelligence, industrial robotics, and big data technologies.
Dr. Sanda Rašić Jelavić is a full professor at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. Her research interests include organization, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, and business strategy. She has authored numerous scientific publications on organizational and strategic aspects of firms, as well as on the application of innovative environmental technologies in business systems and supply chains.
Jelena Tadić Cegnar is an Assistant at the Department of Business Law, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. Her research focuses on European law, commercial law, and company law. She has extensive experience in organizing international scientific conferences and projects, including activities within the Jean Monnet and COST programs.
